1.SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers across the world every day, and we strive to provide you with services of the highest level.

The time frame of order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: 1-2 business days

Shipping time: 5~10 business days

Estimated Whole Arrival Time= Order Processing Time (1-2 business days) + Shipping time ( 3-10 business days )

For example

if you order a battery, it will take 1-5 business days to process and then 3-10 business days to ship. So, you can receive it within 4-15 working days.

To achieve this, we partner with a wide variety of merchants and product artisans around the world who offer only the highest quality products at a great value. 

Change of Delivery Address 

Note: We are able to change shipping address at any time before the order has been dispatched. Please make sure to have your shipping address checked before checking out.

Order Cancellations

We don’t accept order cancellation over 24 hours after order confirmed. For any order cancellations, you may contact us on the provided contact details. All cancellations will be accepted given orders are not yet dispatched.

Return policies

If you’re not completely satisfied you can return the items within 30 days of the order date. We will give you a full refund by the same method as your original payment for your order if the items were faulty. If you need a replacement, We can also reship to you in the first time.

2.SHIPPING AREA

Our delivery services are currently available to locations within the continental United States.
(NOTE: 
This also means that we will not arrange delivery in other countries)

3.SHIPPING COST & SHIPPING METHOD  

We currently offer three shipping methods:

Free Shipping – is FREE on orders over $69.99 and it takes approximately 5-10 business days to reach you from the time of order.

Standard Shipping – Standard shipping takes a bit longer than expedited shipping but costs less. Shipping times are between 5 - 10 business days (If you choose this shipping method,  will be charged $6.99 shipping fee)

Expedited Shipping – This shipping method is the fastest available. Shipping times are between 3 - 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to all major destinations.(If you choose this shipping method,  will be charged $13.99 shipping fee

4. Order Tracking 

Please note that for each shipment notification email you receive, tracking may not be available for the first 24-48 hours. If 48 hours have passed and you are still unable to track your order, please contact us to ask for help. Once you get your tracking number from our email, you could learn the status of your parcel by entering our tracking number on the tracking page of the courier's official website.

5. Tax collection

Our shop does not charge any taxes and fees. We only charge product fees and logistics fees. You can check the bill details on the payment page. If you are charged by the local post office, you will need to bear it yourself. We are not responsible for it.

2,Why CAN I NOT SELECT MY DESIRED COURIER?

     We always do our best to select the most convenient courier for your preferred shipping method among the high number of options available.  

3,I URGENTLY NEED TO RECEIVE MY ORDER. CAN I SELECT AN EXPRESS SHIPPING METHOD?

   Yes, you can select an express shipping method, but you may have to pay higher shipping fees for selecting an express shipping method. Moreover, orders shipped with an express mail service usually have a higher probability of being stopped by Customs officers and of incurring in higher import duties. You will be able to choose your preferred shipping method on the checkout page of your order. 

4,Why CAN I NOT SELECT FREE SHIPPING FOR MY COUNTRY?

We do not offer free shipping to some countries where we can not guarantee a cheap or reliable delivery service. However, we strive for increasing the number of countries eligible for our free shipping service, and you may discover that this option is available for your country in the near future.
